'Maestro' would be the closest to a title I could have here.
Maestro, Italian for 'master.' It's since evolved as a title reserved for masters of an art, such as poetry, as well as teachers. It's more commonly used for composers and conductors in a strictly musical sense, though.

Actually, that's a fair comparison. The shape and strings are very much the same. It's simply encased in hollowed wood with the strings facing the floor and ceiling. Instead of strumming, little hammers strike at each string to play a particular note when you hit a key.

Yes to both. I more often play the piano, but I also know how to play the violin.
